What Morphic stores

When you sign in with Apple, an email link or a password, we store:

• Your account: email address and the name you choose.
• Your training profile: goals, experience, the days and time you have, equipment, sports you play, personal training sessions, and any injuries or notes you choose to share.
• Your weekly plans, including plans made for travel.
• Sessions you log: which exercises you completed or skipped, sets, weights, reps and effort, and any reason you give.
• Your conversations with the coach and the plan changes it suggests.

Morphic has no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and we never sell data.

How the coach uses it

To write a plan or answer a message, your profile, recent training history and the current plan are sent to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway. The model provider processes it only to produce that response and does not use it for training.

Apple Health

If you allow it, Morphic reads heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep to show how recovered you are, and saves the sessions you finish as workouts. Health data is read on your iPhone and is never sent to our servers or the coach.

Where it's kept

Data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) and the website and coach run on Vercel. Both process data only to run Morphic. Exercise videos are provided by YMove.

Your choices

• Edit your profile or clear your coach conversation at any time.
• Wipe your plans and training history from Settings and start again.
• Delete your account from Settings in the app. This permanently removes everything listed above.
